Project Goal:

​To design a product and product it using various manufacturing methods at different stages (prototype, EVT, DVT, and PVT). Build the necessary tooling for this process, such as jigs. Document the entire manufacturing process including Quality Test, SOP, Tooling Plan, etc.

  2. Manufacturing Process: Wood Work (Forstner Bit, Miter Saw)

  1. Top cover made out of urethane casting, coated with food-grade silicone oil
  2. Body container (cherry wood) is meticulously sanded and coated with shellac
